"The store sold me a BROKEN hot comb and wouldn’t allow me to return it. Mr. Patrick would not accommodate me in anyways even when I showed him proof of my purchase. He wouldn’t let me speak to the manager or anything after being a loyal customer for over a year. This is bad business. I will not be returning and suggest you don’t either."

"This place is a joke. I will be taking legal action. I called this store this morning after researching all nite for the appropriate wig for a special occasion I had coming up. I saw a video and there was this unit. Long story short there was a couple I watched videos and researched. I usually order online but Again I needed it asap. I buy wig. Get back to salon and continue getting hair braid for install, I notice the wig is all black void of the ginger color that I researched and called about. I took the wig back maybe a hr and a half 2 at the most. I thought ok I will exchange and be on my fabulous day. They acted like They did not remember me or that I called. They said the guy that I was dealing with was gone. I will have to wait till tomorrow when owner returns. Again I will NEVER FREQUENT THEM AGAIN. And I advise you if you purchase a wig open before you leave. I believe the black wig was put in and put there for my purchase since I called. Funny it was the only wig box with that color with a unbuttoned bag and worn plastic. They will not do this to anyone else."
