"BEST MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL AROUND We are incredibly thankful for everything PMA has instilled in our 14 year old!!! We enrolled our daughter into their Black Belt training program after many frustrating months of her enduring bullying at school. She was nervous to begin classes because she thought “oh they are just going to teach me to fight”. FALSE! This school has truly helped build up the confidence she lost by driving home the fact…… that our voices are actually the most powerful weapon we have. They have a few different programs to choose from when you’re signing up but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their Black Belt program!! Within the Black Belt portion of their teen class… my daughter has learned how to defend herself against possible attackers that may pull her hair, grab her by the wrist, and even someone that may run up behind her with a gun or knife. ⭐️ The instruction within classes is amazing. ⭐️ Staff is friendly, caring and encouraging. ⭐️ Communication is top notch. ⭐️ The owners are very involved. ⭐️ School is CLEAN"

"This place used to be good but has gone downhill. The instructors are constantly changing and they hand out belts like participation trophies. If you want your kid to get a black belt for just showing up then this is the place. If you want them to actually learn then look at other places."

The instructors have been phenomenal at building a positive connection with him, taking the time to get to know our son, and meet his needs. The management has always been helpful answering our questions, and responding to our requests.
