"I followed my Massage Therapist there last year and bought a service package (Buy 5 Get 1 Free). The young lady that sold me the package did not mention anything about a "No Refund" Policy. In fact, I asked her if I didn't like what I had purchased could I get a refund and she said yes. I used 3 of the visits then within a few months, my Therapist left there for undisclosed reasons and I followed her. I asked ESC for a $270 Refund and they refused, proclaiming their "No Refund Policy". They have basically kept $270 of my money. BEWARE BEWARE"
