"If I could give them zero stars that’s exactly what they would get. They are false advertising prices. Went in for an item that was listed as 50% off $59.99 when I get ready to check out the lady up the prices to all items I was getting ready to purchase. They don’t honor any of their mistakes. Would not recommend unless you like getting ripped off. The manager or owner is a smart a$$ and very nonchalant on their conversation regarding the price."

"Not for your security guard to cross paths with me 3 times and once even in front of me while shopping. I come here maybe once a month for basics. I’m in my uniform obviously I have a job. Didn’t even come into your tiny store with a bag. Just a small wallet and car keys. I don’t deserve to be stalked after a long day of work. I felt uncomfortable and rushed. Do Better ! Won’t be shopping here again. DONT SELL BLACK HAIR PRODUCTS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SELLING TO BLACK PEOPLE. I do not recommend this business !!"

"It’s crazy how black peoples spend our money with this company and can’t return if the items haven’t been disturbed so for this I will not return we as blacks spends the most money with beauty stores and no returns if the product hasn’t been damaged and you have your receipt reminding you I was there yesterday not MAD just disappointed."

"Normally this is my go to store since they opened some years ago. However, today the security guard they had in their was giving extremely racist vibes. I can't explain it but, all my fellow Black Americans understand what I mean. He would walk between me and another group of people with out even an excuse me or pardon me ladies. Just a very "you're black so you're beneath me" vibe. This was a place I was comfortable letting my teenage son go and shop but not anymore. So sad, Asain owned, ALL hispanic staff and security. Where's the diversity? Never again."

"FYI they do not open at 9am on Saturday I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere if they’re not open by 9:15 It’s now 9:20 I tried to give more time because it’s raining and maybe there running late but I really don’t think so GB needs to update there time they open a few customers have been waiting and pulling up but you guys aren’t open yet Is it safe to say y’all open at 10am"
