"Ndidi does great work but I will not be using her services any more. Put simply, she canceled my appointment because she didn't want to be stuck in traffic. When i was unable to move my appointment up she told she would refund my deposit. Mind you, she tried to reschedule my appointment same day less than 4 hours before my appointment.There was a major sporting event happening that day slowedvtrafficvaround her area. I was coming from out of town and was in Houston for the weekend. She knew this. Nonetheless, she cancelled so as to not inconvenience herself. Had the tables been turned, she would have charged me full price for a service that I didn't receive. The audacity and hypocrisy of the beauty industry is quite ridiculous. Now, I sugar myself."

"I’ve been getting Brazilian wax services for a long time and have had some interesting experiences over the years, both awkward and painful. I moved to the Houston area in December of 2020 and once again began the search for my new waxing person. After having a painful skin lifting experience at a national chain with wax, I started looking for alternatives and was able to find Ndidi the sugaring professional behind the clever Suga Mama name through reviews. I have now been getting sugaring hair removal with Ndidi for over a year! She is very knowledgeable and professional! Her space is clean and easy to find. If you have never tried sugaring, I highly recommend it. I do not think that it hurts as much as waxing and I have not had any burning or skin lifting, the way I did with wax. I plan to never go back to wax and I highly recommend sugaring with Ndidi!"

"A friend recommended me to Ndidi about two years ago and I have been coming to her monthly ever since. I have never once had a bad experience with her. She is very social and easy to talk to which makes the waxing a lot easier! She talks you through the entire appointment and always reminds me when to breathe. She is very thorough too and always removes ingrown hairs, and also got me to start dry brushing so I would have better results. I recommend her to anyone who is interested in waxing because I will never go anywhere else."
