"I love this place for my family! From the jump, the staff has been patient, kind, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The location works really well for our needs as well as the timing they offer care. The people that are running this place from the ground level all the way to upper management truly have a big heart for the families they serve. It feels like a second home! I have two children and they are making leaps and bounds here! I love that they offer electives for a minimal additional fee. These include yoga lessons among other options. The teachers take their time and bring their awareness to each child’s specific and individual needs. One thing that I truly value with this school is that the focus is around enhanced play. The children have the freedom to play! While there is this flexibility, there is structure and parameters to keep the day organized and on schedule. The children are not forced to sit at a desk most of the day. Rather they are lead to sit down to partake in structured activities. I watch on the cameras how this approach engages the children on a more productive level. Although the tuition makes a dent in my budget, I am happy to make the financial sacrifice for my children’s betterment as an investment. Once my financial concerns were expressed, the director, MyKesha, assisted in searching for applicable assistance. They are not only learning how to operate in a functional and healthy manner, they are contributing members to our building community. While learning the basic fundamentals for their long term success, I know my children are also being cared for by a team of people that love my children as if they are their own. Also, the format in which the facility communicates with the parents is terrific! I appreciate the camera accessibility, as well as how functional the communication process is. I never have to wonder about my tuition, account, upcoming events, holiday schedule, because the front desk staff are on the ball by making the information readily available in person and sending information through the app. It is a huge help and provides no room for ambiguity on what is happening. As well as the format in which the teachers communicate with the parents. It is simple and effective. I also appreciate the way incident reports are handled. Kids will get hurt, it’s inevitable. I appreciate the level of professionalism and sincerity that is exhibited and exercised when a situation occurs."

"I enrolled my son at The Children's Courtyard earlier this year, and I have been impressed by all of the staff and environment since he started. He previously went to another daycare that was also great, but he didn't love it for some reason. They made his transition into this school so smooth, and he smiles and claps in his car seat upon arrival daily as he is so happy to be there! All of the staff makes an effort to know him and welcome him daily. His teachers love him, and it shows. I also always notice a positive rapport between the staff members, which makes a significant impact on creating a positive environment. The technology the facility uses to keep me up to date on his day is so convenient and reassures me of his happiness and safety throughout the day. I am thrilled with The Children's' Courtyard! As a mom of two who has had my children in several different schools, I would highly encourage anyone reading to enroll your child at this school. It is truly a special place!"

"We have absolutely loved having our child at CCY. She started when she was 12 weeks old, it was so hard to leave her but the teachers were amazing and so comforting! They send pictures/videos/messages throughout the day and keep you updated. They do fun dress up days and events often. It has been an amazing first daycare experience! The team is the best, they are so supportive and loving to the children! We wouldn't have it any other way!"

"I use to love this place for my daughter. She was transferred to this location after Harvey, so yes she has been there a while. However they were without a director(as normal, they go through directors and teachers like it is going out of style). So the regional director at the time handled me as a parent wrong. There was a previous bill prior to my daughter leaving for the summer (which she has done every summer since attending with them). However I was advised about the balance and was told all in one day that I needed to pick her up from school until this balance was taken care of. I was advised that If I didn't pick her up they would proceed to call CPS. Now I never recieved any notifications about a past due balance before hearing about it 2months after my daughter returned home. I was in complete shock and disbelief, as I had never heard of such a thing and the staff that has been there since my daughter started there knows if there is a balance due it will be paid. However no notice was ever given to me other than the one after I dropped her off. The fact that they switch staff so often is a red flag, but I wont allow anyone to handle me as if I don't pay 200+ dollars a week. I've withdrawn my daughter from this facility and they should be ashamed at their employees action."

"Our experience at Children's courtyard of Copperfield has been great so far! My daughter has been attending for three months, and is currently in the infant 2 class room. We love Ms. Samantha she is FANTASTIC with all of the children; Ms. Dora and Ms Marry are great as well! My daughter seems to have a great time at daycare, and has progressed developmentally very quickly since attending! I love that they have cameras, and the bright wheel app so I can check in at any time! We are able to communicate with the teachers directly through the app, and are able to receive updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day! They also allow and welcome me to drop in at any time.. I usually come during my lunch break to spend time with my child. I would recommenced Children's courtyard of Copperfield if you are looking for a caring/learning environment."
