"*************RUN AWAY************************* Terrible experience at the Katy location. Multiple sessions with an inexperienced tech who did a poor job on coverage, was assigned to me again after I asked to not be scheduled with them, and then they accidentally lasered on a tattooed area (twice) causing pain and damage to my ski that took over 3 weeks to heal. Then the old, outdated machine kept overheating and having to be unplugged and cooled down. It def. did not feel safe and I really should have left. I noticed no improvement in hair quantity , and experienced hyperpigmentation. The service was so poor (and even dangerous) that I never returned for my final session. A total waste of money. You would think they would have offered a refund for the bad/unused sessions at a minimum, but they did not. The final time I went, I asked what kind of laser they were using (so I could avoid it in the future) and they just said, yeah this one isn't the best for fair skinned people, even though I had asked before starting treatment what kind it was and they said they choose by my skin/hair type. Do not recommend this company at all. Laser can and does work with the right people/equipment, but Renova Katy was not it. I hope my review can help prevent another individual from throwing their money away. RUN!!!!!!!!!!! Photo included was AFTER the sessions that I did use."

"Everyone at Renova Laser is professional. The ladies from the front desk are always nice and carrying and accommodating. I arrived earlier at one of my appointments and they managed to get me in shortly after my arrival. They are also very helpful with information that you may need. Katherine, the technician is very professional. She is nice and thorough with your skin. I did 3 sessions so far for laser hair removal and I’m happy with the results."
