"It is convenient because i always got my hair done while shopping in JC Penney, the staffs is patient. She did my color within an hour. However, she never rushed on me and she introduced all colors to match my skin tone. It is worthy for what i paid."

"I started coming here in 2021 and initially had a great experience with Gabby until the last time I came. She cut my bangs really short and my hair hasn't been growing out like it usually does. I decided to give them another chance and book an appointment today online with another stylist. As I was walking into the store I received a call from the front desk asking me if I could give the stylist 40-60 more minutes because she was still working on another client. Why did they not call me earlier to let me know? I received this call at least 10 minutes before my appointment. Do they not check their online appointments? I am not coming back to this salon."
