"I bought Mr heater blue flame last week. The casher explained I can get the propane hose in Home Depot or Lewis kindly. However, I see the orange flame suddenly now. Do I have to visit Northern Tool or Mr heater to check if my product is normal or not? Update : I think this product comes back to normal. My wife was turning on humidity generator, in my opinion there were too much humid in the air. After refreshing air and refilling gas, it seems to have good condition. However, it is not perfect blue flame. But when I watch the youtube in terms of this kind of products, all products don’t have the perfect blue flame."

I have complained forever that Austin's Northern Tool was too small and poorly located, but now we have the Northern Tool that we have always needed.
