Huge shout out to Jamie for being so friendly and thoughtful and going above and beyond with everything. Stores like these are few and far between, and Facets gives me faith there's still real customer service out there. Beautiful showroom, wide selection of nearly everything you need for your kitchen and/or bathroom, and people who really care about their customers. We're a little sad our current remodel is almost over and we don't have too many more excuses to visit the showroom, but at least we have another bathroom remodel coming up pretty soon."
