"If I could, I would give 0 stars to Dr. Thampoe, but unfortunately it’s not possible. On Friday November 10, I went to Katy Medi Spa to get dysport around my eyes and forehead. She did not take pictures, did not ask me to smile or do gesticulations to see exactly where she would apply the injections, her technique to apply the injections was very different from the other spas I’ve been to. I went home with a headache and my eyes felt puffy. After 3 days my eyes didn’t get any better. I have folds under my eyes and wrinkles that I did not have before. I contacted the doctor on Monday and she told me to go to the spa to get checked. she made me wait for more than 1 hour just to tell me that she didn’t know what happened, she told me that maybe I hadn’t slept well and that’s why my eyes looked like that. She did not say anything else and walked out of the room and send one of the receptionists to tell me that they will give me $50 dollars back, which I did not accept and asked her to tell Dr. Thampoe that I was not happy with her “solution”and they said they will contact me first thing the next day. The following day no one called me, I had to call them and explain my situation to the manager and she said she will talk to the doctor and they will call me back. Once again, nobody called me back so I decided to go to the spa for the second time and I requested to see the doctor and she did not attend me and told the manager that she’s just giving the $50 refund. At this point what strikes me the most is how this doctor is so unprofessional and unethical that can even face me."

"This spa is super nice! They’re very professional. The rooms are clean and when you go in you can feel the relaxing environment. Paola does an amazing job and shes super nice, she’s really good in what she does. My lips were small and with the lip fillers they’re more voluminous but still looks very natural. I love how my lips are now. I also did fillers in my smile lines of my cheek, and wow! I look so much younger. Im really satisfy with the results. So yes, I highly recommend this place!"
