"I had 2 large photo calanders made at the Valley Hi Walgreens and they were printed on glossy paper. I asked the clerk if they could be printed on the matt paper because writing on a glossy paper would not work. The reply was "no," they always print the calanders on glossy paper. I am not happy with the results of these calanders. I Will never purchase from Walgreens again. I rate this product less then one star, but can't post without the star. If you plan to print calanders, be sure you don't plan to write on the calander."

"Sign in the drive through pharmacy says "register down, please come inside." But she cashed me out on the register in the pharmacy. Makes no sense. They take days to refill a prescription. I don't understand why it takes them so long when cvs would refill literally minutes after requesting a refill. I only switched here because of insurance, but if it was up to me I wouldn't do business here."

"Customer service is terrible. I was told I’d be called back to confirm they received my prescriptions, they didn’t call me back. I called got put on hold for 5 min and then they hang up on me. Call again, they answer after 3 minutes of hold, say prescriptions are now ready, AFTER hanging up with them-about 2 minutes later I receive the text that my prescriptions are ready. Don’t you care that people are sick and are depending on these medications? It has taken all day to get these medications. Do better Walgreens!"

"Visted for the 1st time in 3 yrs. Sebastian was the one running the register. Not sure if he was having a bad day or just being passive aggressive because he crumpled up my receipt and handed it to me. I worked customer service for over 12 years and if a customer is rude to you your instinct is to be rude back. I wasn't rude to him I was very patient especially since the lady in front of me had issues with their credit card and they ran it like three or four times and then got a manager involved. The computers were running very slow and it took like 2 minutes to read the credit card I was using. Then another minute to print the receipt. I used to go to this location all the time when I used to visit my Grandparents. There were no issues so I'm not really sure what happened. Go if it's convenient like it was for me but be aware it could be bad vibes."

"I know different people have different experiences but after reading these reviews I'm in shock. I use this Walgreens all the time as it's right on the corner from where I live. In the 3 years I've been living in this area and using this location, I have never had an issue. Pharmacy staff has always been exceptional, always had mine and my kids' prescriptions ready when stated. All the employees have been super nice and helpful. I shop here at least once a week. The only complaint I have is I can't use them as a pharmacy anymore as they no longer take my insurance but that is ok. I still use their other services. Keep up the great work!"
