24 Hour Fitness

"Obviously not 24 hours. When we got here at 10 30pm, there was a black hatchback/suv parked right infront of the building with no other cars in the lot. We saw two people working out in there. Must've been the owners because as we let my husbands phone charge and a few minutes later come up to the door and its locked with no black vehicle in sight anymore. Change your business name to something else please. I got the membership just to come at this time and take care of myself because with my schedule, this is the time l have to take care of myself at the gym. I got so excited with my husband for nothing and I'll be sure to cancel this membership first thing tomorrow. Shame on me for thinking 24 hour was still 24 hours....-.-"

"When I first moved from DC… started going here. That was 6 years ago. Went in with a buddy the other day, nothing has changed. Mgmt here must be absent or don’t care. I even tried to come back after the credit card debacle they had a few years ago. Men’s room still smells, equipment broken on every row, pool not serviced… what a drag. Why and it’s so simple to fix or hire good people who WANT to be there. If you go to any other 24 Hour Fitness in the DFW area, this is the worst one. Not making this up and I had hoped things would change. They have not."

"Several times in the last few weeks the gym has not opened on time. It was already a mild frustration that a place called 24hr Fitness is not open 24 hours, but when you have limited time to work out before heading to work not being able to do that because they gym is not honoring the posted hours is disappointing. Additionally, I have been noticing how dirty the mats are first thing in the morning, it would be nice to have the floors vacuumed daily, as a minimum standard."

"This gym used to be maintained a lot better. the past few years since COVID it's been neglected heavily. Here is a list of some of the problems I have with this place. - Never went back to 24 Hour status after COVID and charges the same amount. - Entire pool area and sauna is always closed multiple times a month. - Out of 6 water fountains only 2 of them work and they are disgusting with dirt all over them. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. The other 4 have been broken for half a year or more - I don't think the Toilet seats have ever been replaced as they look like they are from the 1980's with lots of gunk caked around them and the toilets themselves. - There are 2 air dryers that barely work in the men's bathroom and they are just as disgusting - None of the equipment or floors are maintained very well and always have spider webs and lots of dirt on them. - I have seen about 6+ machines tossed out with nothing to bring in to replace them. There is only one calf machine now and their used to be 3. Same goes for other equipment such as leg extensions. - If you look up at any corner there are spider webs everywhere. Just another point that shows this place is never cleaned. This is the only review I have ever left because I feel so strongly about how terrible this place is maintained and want to share this with others thinking of going here."

"Great place to work out. Has everything you need to get a great free weight workout in. *Update 12/15/23* I've been working out here for a good 2+ months now and the only "complaint" I have at this point is the amount of time it takes for equipment to get repaired. The fly machine has been down for close to a month now and it's their only one. It's still a great place to work out."
