"This is the WORST mcdonald’s i have been ever been at. The service was horrible, had to wait forever for my food and payment while the workers were having a blast laughing in the back. on top of that, they made us go inside to pay WHILE WE WERE AT THE WINDOW PAYING, which isn’t a problem but the attitude the worker had while saying it to us was a problem. Then they proceeded to try and make it better by “giving us free food” which was two large fries(with out the stuff we ordered and already PAYED FOR) when our order was so much larger than just two fries. then when we did get the food we went through obstacles for, there was a whole it should not have been that complicated in any way shape or form."

"The person who is in front checking out and passing orders “MAYRA” supposedly is her name according to her “manager”, short, chubby hispanic girl haves the most disgusting attitude to be working as a CUSTOMER SERVICE employee, she should not be working there if she is not capable of performing with the most minimum skills required in that position. Workers like her should either take back to proper training or offer her a different position but dealing with customers, what an unpleasant experience!"
