"Trash place. Workers were too busy to even point me in the correct direction. Was told they won’t have my size ever. I’m 32W/36L. The fact that there is not ONE pair of pants in this store that fits me is an absurd statement. I worked retail, I understand it’s strenuous and often thankless, but that’s not a reason to be condescending and unkind. Save your time, go ANYWHERE else if you’re a man."
"The online ordering is atrocious! Part of My order sat in “pre-shipment” for over 15 days. I called customer service three times and the phone line reception was so poor I could only understand every other word. I was waiting on 8 items. Eventually, They “Re-ordered” them but only 6 items as the last 2 were now out of stock. Once they get here I now will have to priority mail them to my grandkids because of these delays!"
"Love the store as it's a closer option for Free People items. But, the checkout is horrendous! Takes forever to check out and pay and almost always makes me second guess purchasing anything in store."
"Great location in Mansfield! However they need more cashiers, seems every time I go, I wait in line to pay for 15 mi plus! Because there’s only 1 cashier. I don’t even buy makeup there anymore because no one is ever at the makeup counter."
