"Today, I visited the Sephora at Kohl’s. I had an opportunity to work with the most talented young man. He taught me me how to draw on my eyebrows. He was knowledgeable about the process and products. He explained the purpose of the products and answered all my questions. He showed me how to apply the product and I bought everything he recommended. I’m satisfied with the service I received, he was kind and honest. Sharing my condition isn’t always easy, but he made me feel comfortable and beautiful."
"I thought I rated this. Oh, lord. Anyway, great customer service. I saw an item online. When I called to see if it was in the store, the young lady searched right away. It wasn't the exact item, but that's all they had in stock. She and her manager/supervisor were very nice."
"This location is very organized more than many other Kohl's locations. Customer service desk staff were very sincere. I wish more registers are open at the same time. The free Amazon return station is a plus. A new Sephora store opened within, is definitely great addition to Kohl’s. Even though the discount coupons does apply to high end brands, you still can get a bargain if you shop smart"
