"The staff here is so rude & clueless!! I been shopping here for years but I will never be back. The tall African American man that’s a manager should not be in customer service! By the reviews people have left they have had the same issue with this man. I simply asked him where something was & he rolled his eyes like he was irritated I even bothered him. Do better TJ Maxx! Hire people with better attitudes."

"Nothing has changed, the same rude, nasty, angry, people gravitate towards this store to work but haven’t a clue on how to treat the clientele, there’s a tall, bald headed, wears red glasses, African American man who has no business working with the public.
