"12:21pm Called to ask questions, reading verbatim on certificate of warranty for resizing inspections or more info in general stamped upon issue. While searching for info from a different location of purchase, simply trying to ask questions. I re spelled name written and able to provide any other info necessary to help her search. Asked to come in store to show so she can read exactly what I'm sharing, unable to just stop and go with toddler and waste time . I asked if she can not help to have someone else to assist. No demands. I am currently on hold for last 15 minutes. Not sure if there's an expectation to hang up. As I continue to care for toddler and clean house which I could not do waiting in store. Now.
