"Very unpleasant experience! Had a $750 tune-up and diagnostic at Ford for a check engine light on a 2018 Ford. (No mechanical issues prior) came back as needing to replace 2 catalytic converters but were out on National back order. Fast forward we found this shop who offered financing options and had parts to fit but were aftermarket. After repairs and paying nearly $2300. The check engine light turns back on that evening adding another code with it. They tell us they had to do minor welding for the aftermarket parts to fit and just bring it back in. After being there all day we pick up and light returns once more. 3rd time returning they say it could be the sensors and that they would need to do a diagnostic for an added $125 fee and $300 for sensors if they were needed. We asked to make sure the new parts were not an issue and they recommended we upgrade to Ford parts since they were now in stock but for an additional $675. We had to call and check in to get answers because they weren’t great at communicating. Found out sensors were good but their parts were to small and inefficient for our vehicle. Decided to get the original Ford parts put in and upon picking up they ask for cash payment in the amount of $675. This was not informed to us prior. Now we have a financing payment plus coughed up an extra amount that was not discussed prior. Tony the “Salesman” is nothing more than that. He will tell you what you want to hear and do the opposite. He will cover his tracks and blame his mechanics, the parts, or pull up paperwork on Ford bulletins blaming it on everyone but his company. If I could give zero stars I would. Should’ve just stuck and waited on Ford. Their price turned out to be higher than Ford’s at the end of the day."

"Do not go here. They over charge and they guess at what the problem is rather than making sure what the problem is. They changed a part and when the problem wasn't fixed they said it was something else and would cost twice as much to fix it. I can not give zero stars or negative stars."

"Had an appointment at 8:30. Waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Was a lot longer than expected. Nice place but make sure you drop off and come back later as it takes so long to complete."
