"I ordered product online to get it delivered at the store, got a text and email stating it was ready for pickup. I also called to confirm pickup in which they said it was ready. I rented a truck and came to pick up. Once there they stated it wasn’t ready and I would have to come back tomorrow. I called to speak to the manager because it was a total inconvenience especially when I got 3 confirmations. I spoke to Customer Service manager Elijah finally after 2 hours later who stated he found the product. I told him about the situation in which he stated what can he do! Do you want it or not. He also threatened my husband who is a disabled veteran to come to the store and he will beat him up! No apology or empathy just a threat. Elijah needs to be fired! Don’t go to this store if you want to be treated with respect!"
"I was in the Cypress location yesterday to compare the refrigerators available with Lowe’s. Upon entering the department, salesperson # “AWK3NGT” greeted me and provided excellent, friendly knowledgeable service. Needless to say, I made the purchase!"
"Easy on off interstate location. The parking lot is a little bit of a pain to get into going north. Better accessed on the frontage road. Parking lot needs more spaces. Not an easy place to bring a trailer. Lumber prices seem to be coming down a little staff is the same as everywhere. Employees are on their phones and no so much working, but if you need a warm body to fill a spot and you're not willing to pay much, I suppose you get what you get. You would think as much as they made on lumber the last 3 years they could afford to pay another 50cents an hour. Same old home depot story. Busy as hell and the associates don't know the store very well if you are looking for something. Brenham location is a lot better and I usually go there"
