Simple solution, empower your associates…the one manager in tools with magnet key leaves me standing for 30 minutes. Self check only has two working self checkout and not one cashier in the building! "Always has most everything in stock and helpful, friendly employees. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking lot. It’s always congested and not enough parking spots since they share it with Jack n the Box and a bank. Oh and sometimes they have so much stuff in the aisles if you’re pushing one of those orange flat carts you can’t even get down the aisle. I had to carry about 15 20lb bags of bird seed to my cart the other day."
