"The two stars are ONLY because the employees were excellent. Wonderful customer service. However, this location needs some serious maintenance. We had difficulty getting our shower and thermostat to work. The bathroom door didn't want to stay shut. The one elevator sounded like it was going to break at any moment. It sounded dangerous to us. Not what we are used to from a Best Western. Update and maintain your locations better."

She provided exceptional service, making the check-in process smooth and stay welcoming. The room I stayed in were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was top-notch. "Not only was the young lady at the desk very patient with my grandfather, but when I was in dire need of a phone charger, she produced one for me to keep! Clean rooms consistent with Best Western's usual amenities, amiable staff, and even the breakfast was nice."
"Very nice rooms! Very clean and comfortable. The couch was comfortable to sit on. The bed was great. Light up mirror always helps and was a nice touch. A little weird to drive into as its not easily accessible and maps takes you to the road vs the front of the hotel. The customer service was great and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
"This hotel is the most spotless hotel Ive ever stayed in. Rooms were lovely and pristine clean as was the lobby and grounds. It was quiet and close to everything we could need. Excellent staff. The beds were spotless, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Breakfast area was spotless as well. Would stay here over and over! Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
