"I went for LHR for the first time ever. Lourdes came highly recommended and I can totally see why. She was super sweet, very accommodating and knowledgeable, and made me super comfortable. She was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. Most importantly, she had everything clean and immaculate and she kept washing her hands and changing her gloves which I always appreciate 100%. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name, but she was super sweet as well. Easy paperwork. Clean and ambient office and “procedure” room."
