"❌❌ BEWARE of This Scandalous Establishment and Its Deceitful Owners❌❌ I recently had a horrifying experience at this establishment run by Charisma and her husband George. They should be awarded the "Ripoff" title for their unscrupulous actions. My mother was a victim of their dishonesty and greed, as they not only lied but also misused the products she paid for. Upon consulting with my mother's new aesthetician/NP, it was revealed that Charisma had been taking advantage of her. The difference in my mother's appearance before and after Charisma's treatment clearly shows the deception. My mother was swindled out of a significant amount of money, and Charisma even tried to hide behind her husband when confronted about her actions. George, on the other hand, was quite rude when questioned. He also refused to provide my mother with her medical records, further demonstrating their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. Both Charisma and George are immature and malicious individuals who should not be trusted. It came to light that Charisma never took proper before and after pictures of my mother's treatments until she complained. This further highlights their dishonesty and unethical practices. As a family, we will not be giving them any more of our business, and we advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. It is essential to be cautious and save your money from falling into the hands of these unscrupulous individuals. Charisma is working under her husband, who has recently started in this field, and they both seem to have self-esteem issues and a penchant for theft. A significant portion of my mother's $40k+ investment will not be seen by this couple again. We strongly recommend contacting the medical board and other relevant authorities to report this deceptive duo and protect others from becoming victims of their fraudulent schemes"

"I had Lipo 360 and BBL. My first impression during my initial consultation was to my satisfaction in every way. Dr. Khalil answered all of my questions and concerns. He listened to my needs and my desired look. During the procedure, he never failed to consider my pain tolerance, making sure that I didn't need a break. My procedure went SO SMOOTH with no complications and I am so grateful for his bedside manner and technique. He also made sure I felt comfortable with his staff as well. Daniella took care of all my appointments and made sure that my messages and questions were sent to the provider in a timely manner. Nancy Flores, RN was so patient with me during my surgery and comforting during the process, she is soft spoken and calming. She also took care of my post op massages and has hands of an angel. Mariam help me during my first massage and guided me on what to expect during my first massage. I felt so much better after that initial massage. Last but not least, Charisma was such a sweetheart and reached out to me during my post op recovery and texted me several times to make sure I was ok and didn't need anything. She helped me with work accommodations by providing my employer with a work note. Charisma was there every step of the way making sure things ran smoothly as well. I can not thank Mansfield Aesthetics and the staff for such a great experience. This was my first cosmetic procedure and I plan on coming back for more things Aesthetic and beauty! See yall soon!!"

"To the best of my knowledge, I've never written a review on a Dr's office. Truth is, I can only remember leaving 3 reviews in my entire life. But, I also believe in telling someone when they are outstanding. They ARE! As my age has increased, so have trips to various Dr's offices. Nothing irritates me more than arriving on time for an appt just to sit in a waiting room for whatever reason. BUT you sure won't have to wait here (or wait for months to be seen). Mansfield Aesthetics was INCREDIBLE. I made an appt online and was seen within a few days. Everything was about this place was 1st rate, prompt and professional. In the past, I drove almost 4 hrs to be "freshened" up by a Dr originally from Beverly Hills. I have always been extremely cautious regarding anything to do with my face. However, based on word of mouth and research about this group, I decided a consultation couldn't hurt anything. They were extremely knowledgeable, which helped put me at ease. I am so thankful I found them. The results have been fantastic, fast & surprisingly affordable. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I will return as needed and recommend them without hesitation."
