"Would have given 5 stars but no weekend hours cost them the 5th one!!! I love Grainger, always helpful and very well stocked!!! If the rep who helps you doesn't know the answer to a question you have, they will admit it and ask if you mind letting them call the support line so they can get the answer for you and their own future knowledge. Decent pricing, some things are higher than other suppliers charge you but it's like the additional cost is worth it for the customer service you receive. You can buy online and pickup same day for most items, buy in store, you can ship to home or store... All around Grainger is one store I will return to time and time again. Bad thing is not open on weekends at all!!! If it's a weekend and your ac breaks you gotta find either an expensive tech or supplier!"
