"We were in town to visit family, and this was a wonderful choice. They charged a fair price, everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious, the breakfast area was kept clean and stocked, and the staff were all friendly. We had a lovely time! There was even a party in their conference room our last night, but because of the design of the building, there was hardly any noise at all. It is an older building, but well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall a comfortable and clean room to sleep in after being out and about on campus. They say they provide breakfast, but there was no food any of the mornings I was staying there. Maybe this is only the case during the school year?"

"Was an amazing stay... plenty of privacy and in a great location, the bed was harder than I expected but overall everything was very clean and peaceful!"

"Hotel is a bit older but in good shape and taken care of. Saff is very friendly and takes care of you. pool was dirty and closed for off season but this is expected in winter. Bathroom was recently remodeled and had a rain shower head, a hose shower head for ADA and a regular shower head. The toilet paper rolls were placed behind left of the toilet out of reach. Floors are all tile. Room has 2 locks and checkout is at 11am. Beds are not as great as you would expect but for the price you can't beat staying here. I would stay here again as the staff is nice and rooms are clean."

"Run!!!! Do NOT stay here!!! BUGS!!! We paid cash for a room $98 for a room at 2am. With $100 deposit. We were in the room literally 10 minutes. Pulled the covers back and there were bugs. We took pictures and immediately went to front desk to get our money back to go somewhere else. They would not refund our money. We were told the cash had been deposited in safe and he could not get it until 7am. We explained that we had a business meeting and that we were not going to be in lubbock at 7am. The clerk was very rude, would not work with is in any way. Threatened to call the police on us, because we would not leave without our money. Finally after 30 minutes the clerk miraculously found 1 of the $100bills we gave him, but not the other. We had to go back at 7am to get the other $100.. which made us late for our business meeting 2 hours away. The manager Jay Patel would not answer any of the messages we left at the hotel for him. We have pictures of the bugs. So unless you want bugs I would not stay here. Much less the headache of trying to get your $ back..."
