"This hotel has gone down hill. The bathroom wall had pile and blood on it and the mattress pad had nasty stains on both. The pool door was propped open we tried to close for safety when swimming with our child however it is broken and will not close which is a huge security risk and will allow anyone access to the hotel. The hot tub has broken jagged pieces that you can cut yourself on at the bottom.The service is absolutely horrible asked the morning front desk lady for a towel due to the fact the room only had two and we had three she first asked what do you want then said room service will have to bring it to you asked my room number and still never received for the two days we stayed I went and got one from the maid cart there were no maids around so I grabbed one so no one knew our room didn’t receive one. We won’t stay here again."

"This Hotel is a complete fraud. The charging double for services you paid through Chase Travel. Beware about that you are going to find on your statements double charge and not refund. When you trying to contact them, Manager is not on the property, Is absolutely ridiculous. I dispute transaction and they said never Chase Travel paid them and they charge double. Please don’t booking on this hotel, if you are be prepared to charging double."

"I booked a room for my parents traveling from KS. For the most part the room was clean, the firdt ptoblem was the clock wasn't set, I tried to set it with no success. I called the front desk and the lady was extremely rude and I addressed it her rudness. We left to get dinnerand upon our return, the cable wasn't working and they had very limited towels. The next day, I asked for hand sanitizer and the man at the front dest told me I could wash my hands in the restroom down the hallway, there was no soap in the dispenser. The rude Mgr and rooms not inspected before check in was the most disappointing. Corp really needs to check on their properties."

"We've stayed at this hotel numerous times since it was new. Our last two stays at this hotel showed me that this place is going down hill fast. Parking lot had broken glass from the thieves breaking into vehicles. The staff did nothing about the glass for at least 2 days and the glass was still there when we checked out, and the front desk made it clear that they just don't care. The grounds & parking lot showed a complete lack of upkeep. The pool had an alarm going off that sounded like a fire alarm. It took the staff 2+ full days to shut off the alarm. The HOT tub was cool when we arrived and last 2 days of our stay the hot tub was broken. We go to Lubbock to spend time with our grandkids, and its such a disappointment to see such a dramatic decline in this hotel. Homeless folks tried to enter the pool room on several occasions. There was no security at this place. It is clear to me that the staff & management don't care about the hotel's guests and the staff seemed annoyed when they had to put down their cell phones to assist the guests. On the positive side, the room was OK but the sheets were worn out and torn. The breakfast was good, but there wasn't any place to sit and eat your food. The few breakfast tables they have were full and guests weren't happy about the lack of seating. We'll be finding other hotels to stay at in the future."
