Walmart Supercenter 2901 Riley Fuzzel Road, Spring, TX 77386

"Your Lead in Electronics at the Rayford rd and Riley Fuzzel location has zero customer service skills and was very unhelpful. I visited your store today 3/4/2024 around 10:30am and asked if any of the TVs had adjustable feet? She said “yeah, some of them are” I said ok do you know which ones? Or how we can figure out which ones are. And all she said was “we would have to look at the bottom of all the TVs” and walked away. I attempted to use the camera on my phone to see under the TVs but with no luck (oh and your shelves are extremely dusty and dirty!) I was ready to buy and excited to do so but this experience completely ruined it for me. Also working in the retail/customer service industry if I treated a customer this way I would absolutely be in trouble with management and leadership of the store. I certainly hope this is not a common experience for your future customers that visit your location. I will be taking my business to another location or possibly a different company all together. "Walmart in this location has Been working hard to have the store clean and attractive and I can see that . Kuddos on the super clean carts because they make a difference. Otherwise people will be running to Kroger and HEB down the street ."

"It’s a mega center. It’s like a clothing store and much more. I actually like the carts, there’s cup and phone holder. There were good items on sale."

"Another typical Walmart. All of the aisles are empty of customers except the aisles you need to be on, and those aisles are packed like sardines with bare shelves. There are just enough cashiers to keep the lines under a complaint level. The store seemed clean enough on this trip (Nov. 2022)."

"Total disappointment!!! The store itself is pretty organized even though i don’t understand why they would put laundry detergent next to the freezers area. Honestly if you go in there for something that is located inside the lock shelfs i hope you go with lots of patience!!!! I waited more then 15 at least to get 2 items that I needed . Even though i pushed the button several times!!!! Let’s not forget about the check out area. The lady at the register was just RUDE. Not only to us!!! But to the people in front of us too.Honestly if you hate so much dealing with people, then just go an get another job."
