"Bad experience , the tech cut my toe with the nippers really bad . Had to put numbing crème on my foot it was hurting so bad. Polish smeared as soon as I left the salon . Feet don’t even look like I got a pedi at all , still dead skin and everything . Won’t be back ever"

"I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now and I’ll say it can be hit or miss on quality of nails BUT the service is always good. They greet me every time I come in, offer me something to drink, and make sure they know what I want. When I say the quality of nails are hit or miss, I do mean it. Sometimes my nails look amazing and sometimes they look like they could be better. Prices aren’t bad imo. I enjoy the environment and the experience is always pleasant when I go every two weeks."

"My visit was horrible! Poor service, no name badges on techs, long wait time, rushed / hurried , and impropery Managed. I previously visited Bellagio Nail a few months ago, not the best, then either. I gave them a second try but it was worse. Yesterday 8.2.23 had a long pre-serving wait and was asked to wait for my next service. I understood they were busy and I was pressed for time so I decided to come back today hoping for better service. This was not the case. Today's issue was the same treatment only today I was switched between techs. I can't tell you their names because they don't have name tags and minimal verbal interaction. 2nd tech polished my nails and she did not allow the polish to cure in the uv light. I was dismissed when I addressed the concern. I was told the excess would wash off. I left afterwashing my hands, as I was a block away. I noticed lifting, so I returned. I was asked to sit, and yes, you guessed it, wait. When the original tech attended me, she did a hurried job and again did not allow the lacquer to cure. I noticed it when I got back in my car and began to drive away.picures are attached."
