"I just moved close to this shop and wanted it to work out so bad. The first time wasn’t too bad, the shellac was just peeling instantly. The last time this lady did my nails I kept telling her how I wanted them and she wouldn’t listen to anything I said clearly could tell I was upset. Then she overcharged me and they claimed to have put a credit on my account. I removed this last horrible set to find fungus growing under my thumb nail. I have been getting my nails done consistently for almost 10 years and this has never once happened to me. It hurts it’s gross it’s ugly. I tried going up there to speak with them and they offered to just redo my nails? On top of the fungus??? And said that it’s normal and people get their nails done there with fungus growth all the time.. very disappointed."
