"I was a walk-in and they took me right away. Huge space with many rows of pedicure chairs, all filled with customers! The manicurist was Excellent and they did special massage on my arms I’ve never experienced. They also offered me a drink - options including a virgin pina colada slushy! Pricing was very reasonable! $20 basic manicure and $25 for a spa manicure."

"The service was wonderful I went durning lunch on a Wednesday morning. The place was packed but I was seated and had someone working on my pedi immediately. I had a mani/pedi the pedi was perfect no complaints. The Manicure on the other hand they didn't soak or clean my nails before (didn't have nail polish or anything on them but still) or soften my cuticles or anything just started shaping and filing away at my nails. She ended up dealing with my cuticles after finishing my nails but after she caught me with the rotary file. Other than that my nails both fingers and toes are beautiful and perfect I also got neck and chin waxed and that was very good too. I would definitely go again but voice my wants for sure."

"Edit: The reply addresses none of the issues raised in this review, so you can rest assured that I am telling the truth. I've been here at least 25 times (the only reason I went this many is because they have one tech who was great and has since left). I have experienced SO many more misses than hits. While they are a large establishment, so you can usually get serviced, they are low-skilled workers who speak poor English and going here is a big gamble: uneven length, bulky nails, chipped nails - often the techs don't leave the gel under the light for the full time resulting in unnecessary chipping, they don't do any cuticle work After they fix my nails AGAIN, this next time, I'm finding somewhere else. The convenience is not so convenient when you have to repeatedly go back for fixes or live with low-quality nails. They are the same price as many other salons. $75 for GelX. It's too much hassle for the skill level most of their workers have. This is the most recent set of lumpy nails by EVELYN. See the glue sticking out? See the different shapes? She did not spend any time making the nail flush with the nail bed and they stated that she was one of their best techs."

"Kelly did a great job on this very detailed design! And she was quick, too. They always do a great job on designs and they last for up to 6 weeks if you’re careful :) They’re also patient with you when you can’t decide on a color. 10/10 recommend"
