"Went for my first time to get nails done and experience was good until 3 days later my new set started to lose 3 nails. I came back and got them repaired and 2 days later 2 more nails coming off and with my inconvenience I had to come back to get them repaired and after she took off the old acrylic then she said it’s $5. Why should I have to pay for my inconvenience after I’ve had to stop by your establishment twice and less than 2 weeks. Will not come back and recommend you don’t either cause I didn’t even get an apology and you want to charge me for my inconvenience. You probably won’t be open very long with customer service like that!"

"Excellent service!! Would recommend to other people. Nita who did my nails did a really great job in shaping and giving me the design I asked for. She was very gentle with my fingers. Definitely put me in my Christmas/holiday spirit :)"

"Bad experience!! I went in and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. Half way through I asked for regular polish on my feet because I’d already decided I was going somewhere else to fix these nails. It seemed like the ladies were in a hurry and didn’t really want to work on me although they didn’t have any other customers in the salon at 1pm on a weekday. The gel polish is uneven and crooked on almost every finger nail. I peeled off the clear that was left myself. I don’t even think she massaged my hands with the lotion, it was more like just squeeze and spread. They were more concerned with the cost of a gel pedicure than with the service they were providing. The polish looks rushed probably worse than my hands. The massage was supposed to be 7 minutes with the Honey Milk pedicure but I got lotion spread on the front of feet and leg for less than 4 minutes. She seemed to get upset when I changed my mind and went with regular polish instead of gel. She was literally throwing things around her little cart. They left most of the wax on the back of my feet and ankles. All in all, it was a bad experience and I really wanted to like this place because my dentist is right next door. Today was the first day that I walk out of a business leaving no tip. I paid my $80 for the services while thinking, I will never be coming back here, ever again!"

"I came here to get a festive gel manicure for the holidays, and I was blown away by the service! The manicurist, Ben, who did my nails did an excellent job painting them exactly to my liking, and I could tell he genuinely cared about replicating the design I asked for. He took his time to do a good job, so my manicure lasted for 3 weeks with zero chips (: All of the staff was very kind, and the free drinks was a lovely touch. Happy to have found my go-to nail salon, and super close to my workplace so it’s the perfect place to go to after a long day!"
