"My recent trip to H-Mart in Katy was a dream come true for any Asian food enthusiast! Whether you're a seasoned chef or just starting to explore different cuisines, this place has it all. Craving some pad thai noodles for dinner? Need last-minute cornstarch for baking? No problem! From pantry staples like mung beans to exotic fruits and fragrant spices, the variety was truly impressive. But what really sets H-Mart apart is the amazing staff. They were incredibly helpful, patiently answering my questions and guiding me through the aisles. Plus, the store itself was spotless and odor-free, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the food court! After filling my cart with goodies, I indulged in a delicious and authentic meal, leaving me completely satisfied. If you're in Katy and looking for a one-stop shop for all your Asian grocery needs, I highly recommend checking out H-Mart. You won't be disappointed"

"⚠️ There are two (-) things I can say about this place. First, I have found many items that had Expired. Ranging from 3mo-1yr, I assumed that reaching from the back, I would find a fresher item, but it would be the entire row. The last issue is H-Mart does not honor the price sticker. This has happened to me more than once. I would find an item, notice the price, match the name and weight to the sticker to ensure that the item I have correlates to the sticker. ONLY to find out at the register that the sticker was a mistake. H-Mart will not honor price in lieu of their mistake. I saw organic jujube for 7.99. The same information on the bag matched the price sticker. They have an entire row of jujube with that brand name under that price sticker. I go to register, and they are 10.99. Didn't honor nor apologize⚠️ Nevertheless, I enjoy this grocery store. You'll find food products from countries across Asia. As well a few american and hispanic products. They also carry countertop kitchen appliance, cutlery, fresh seafood, fresh meats, various produce, and dry/cold products. In addition to groceries, H-Mart works with vendors that sell hot plates (food court), beauty products, and pastries. This location is my main store. I've never had a problem finding an item. From a diverse perspective, I noticed that the inventory "packers" are Hispanic, and the Cashiers are Asian. No other race in sight, as an employee. It's just an observation. However, that doesn't stop the community from shopping. Overall, I enjoy the fresh produce and the free Christian books you can grab outside."

"Always well stocked shelves and fresh seafood. Excellent meat selection. I gave 4 stars because I am not Asian and didn't feel openly welcomed. I will try to return again."

"So far the best Asian/ Korean supermarket with a beauty store, an awesome bakery, live sea food buying corner & couple of great food restaurants inside. Here everything is so fresh. They have so many selections & varieties of fishes, sea food, meat, poultry, produce, fruits, Asian spices & herbs, teas, drinks, snacks & noodles, condiments, cookware, grains & rice, vegetables regular groceries and much more.. Yes! This Korean super store is a Jewel. They have freshly packed cuts of different types of meat. Which is perfect for Asian or non-Asian dishes. Their fish eggs are super fresh & tasty and I find it way cheaper than other Asian stores/markets. They have both uncut and cut & washed fish ready. For Shrimps they have by pound or boxed options. Which is very convenient. Even though Most of the workers don’t know english & which product is where in case you are looking for a particular item. But, they all are super friendly. The place is very neat & clean. Even the restrooms are very clean. As I mentioned they have a bakery, pastry and even few food restaurants inside their market place to sit & eat, but the best thing is it's open 365 days. What can be better than this! One of the top best Asian markets on my list. I am from Los Angeles, Cali. But, this market in Katy, Texas beats all. Worth the drive if you live within the 40 mile range."
