H-E-B plus!

"H-E-B eggs that are organic and cage free are containing triplets and twins , hormones ? . That made me go back and look at frozen food made by HEB. . ALL frozen casseroles and dumplings and H-E-B products have bio engineered food . Look up Bio engineered . Did they sell there themselves to the Bill Gates factory ? Did they sell themselves ? They are supposed to be Texas grown stuff . How is bio engineered showing up in everything ? Pay attention especially if you have kids with peanut allergies . That bug stuff there putting in food effects people with allergic reactions especially nut allergies . Did they sell themselves ? Is H-E-B now working with Wef ?"

"This is a pharmacy review…Terrible customer service. After calling this location and making sure they could fill a prescription, they decided to cancel the order without contacting the customer to let them know. Came all the way to the pharmacy to find out that not only had they not filled the script but that they would not ever fill the prescription. Guess HEB doesn’t care about customers who are out of town and traveling for the holidays and in need of their medicine. If your main address isn’t geographically close to this location don’t even waist your time. The staff there has 0% care for the patient and I wouldn’t use this location again if I could help it. Update: After reaching out to corporate and lodging a formal complaint, HEB did address our concerns. The following day, the pharmacist called us personally to apologize for how the situation was handled and offered to expedite filling the script."

"My favorite HEB in the Katy area hands down. Always clean. Great customer service. The best produce of all the HEBs in Katy... And there is a really good boba shop at the front of the store!"

"A family member ordered a birthday cake for my mother and when she came to pick it up today- NO CAKE! They told her they did not have the order! She ordered it a week earlier and verified location and pick up date with the bakery on the phone when she ordered. Also, they acted like they didn’t seem to care, and management offered no help- or way to make this horrible mistake better. No one should be treated this way after your store made this mistake. Imagine how you would feel if you were trying to celebrate your mother’s birthday and when you get there to pick up her cake they tell you- you have NO cake to pick up. Didn’t seem to bother this bakery/management."

"The bakery is absolutely the worst!! First of all it is very difficult if not impossible to order a small cake online. So then I called over and over and over and over again and got no answer. I finally got another department and they transferred me. I ordered a small cake and double checked the location and date/time. I go in to get it a week later and they have no idea NOR do they care or try to help me get something else. They just told me to pick from the already made cakes. No help whatsoever……."
