"Walked in not greeted, check out frustration when I had to repeat four times about a Black Friday? ! The cashier act like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m like You dont know what Black Friday is? Then she was like oh yes , and then proceed to tell me my answer. She was eating before she checked me out and took a call while I was checking out. This is terrible customer service at this store. I’m not sure if this is the manager , she look like the lady in the photo below. Family dollar needs to do better. And the store is dirty and crowd. Pallet down aisle things stacked up any kind of way at the register. Can’t look at all u have to offer. Do a undercover boss because clearly upper management does read the comments."

"Consistently a terrible experience! Rude, talk to each other and make you wait to check out. It's the neighborhood store so Its convenient but man I would love to see this store improve. I try to spend as less as possible to get out faster. I HATE IT HERE"
