"Front desk girl(lady) with different color bleached hair is extremely rude unprofessional and has no educate on how to treat patients I strongly encourage the supervisor to check on this girl the rest of the staff is great but this lady has been rude to more than one patient it seems she chooses who to be rude to we notice everything when we sit her btw not sure if there aware ."
"Had an apt at 9:30 am, dropped my daughter off at school and made arrangements for a sitter to watch my toddler just to show up and be told they need to reschedule me. Their excuse was that they called me, so when I checked the missed call it was when I was already on my way to the clinic. Super annoyed and very unprofessional! Such an inconvenience!"

"We had a 3:00 appt. There was no where to park- we had to park across the street at Subway. People packed in waiting room like sardines. Got there early. Several other people signed in before us with 3:00 appts. How many people do they cram into their schedule? Made us wait outside in (85 degrees) for 30 mins."
