"Terrible experiences at this location seem to be a reoccurring theme for me. I live in Northeast El Paso and was looking for a specific part. I called in advance and they confirmed to me that they had the part that I needed. I arrived at the store and all of a sudden they did not have the part anymore. Had to waste several gallons of gas and extra miles on my car that is hanging by a thread and the employee did not show any empathy or apologize and even made rude comments towards me when I questioned him about their mistake. Who is running this store? It’s completely disorganized and unfriendly and I will be taking all of my business elsewhere moving forward. All my life in my mind I was always under the impression that Autozone was an elite company but I was so wrong this place is a dump."
"Very busy! They have a self checkout, but it is either broken or does not effectively explain the process. I entered my parts and informed the machine that I wanted to pay, it did nothing. A very good waste or my time!"
"Two people working in a store the size of Walmart, both slower than rocks turning to dirt. Line out the door and no cares. Three employees smoking in the parking lot with their jackets on to cover up that they work there. This place needs management."

"Came to this AutoZone after having a horrible experience at another location, plain and simple just as bad as the first one trying to change out my battery which is under warranty, and the guy says I have to take out my own battery and leave it at the store for two hours, so they can be able to test it… to wait around for two hours in the sun unacceptable and on top of that they say they no longer take out or replace the batteries new store policy as well… my biggest pet peeve is that I ended up going to a third auto zone and they DID EVERYTHING the other stores said they couldn’t because of policies… only policy that I see in the stores is laziness"
