"I am trying to get ahold of any upper management. They told my boyfriend he could not get a battery replacement because it’s not in the system when the battery itself has a STICKER that says he gets a 3 year warranty. How can Autozone claim to provide 3 year warranties but not honor them? If there is a system mistake then that’s not OUR problem. Didn’t even try to help further, didn’t try to call a supervisor. This is ridiculous and these employees are giving a bad name to the company."

"last Saturday at the store that is at 12239 pellicano. The manager, who is not a friendly person, denied me the guarantee of my battery, saying that what was wrong was my alternator. I went to another store and the gentleman very kindly changed my battery, and something was wrong with me because if another person who knows nothing about cars goes and buys the alternator knowing that what is wrong is the battery"
