"At first, I was skeptical because of all my previous bad experiences with day spas in El Paso, but I'm so thankful I took a chance with Gemelli. When I first walked in, I was immediately welcomed by the owner and I felt pampered. I booked a 50-min deep tissue massage with Marcelo and he was awesome! Out of all the massage therapists I've gone to, he is the only one who massaged and stretched me. His massage was so good that I actually fell asleep! I highly recommend him! I also booked a hair cut right after my massage, but it had to be canceled due to an emergency with the hair stylist. Leticia was kind enough to call me before my hair cut appointment to tell me the situation and not only offer to reschedule, but she also gave me a discount! I just want to thank Leticia for being so kind and communicative with me. I can't wait to get my hair cut soon!"

"When you walk in you are greeted with professional staff. I was then led to an area to change and lock up my belongings. A robe a slippers were left for me to change into. I had a wonderful relaxing massage with Marcelo did not feel rushed. When I was finished a hot tea with honey was waiting for me in a relaxing area. Hidden Gem!"

"Service was really kind. Natalia was super gentle with my pedicure service. Katie did my full set. I don’t “love” my full set, especially not considering the cost. It’s my fault for trying this place for the first time and not thinking that it being empty on a Saturday afternoon was a red flag. I picked a color from the ring of polishes, it was a cat eye. Apparently they consider that nail art, which I had no idea about. That made my set $100. Literally had no idea there would be an up charge til I’m checking out. I mention it and they say “well it took her over 2 hours on just those nails” I’m like…that’s *almost not always* standard for a full set, but more importantly it took that long because the nail glue was so bad that Katie actually asked the other girl to go out and buy a different kind because Katie was having to apply it multiple times to the same nail and tip to get it to adhere. Also, (bless Katie’s heart but) her hands were shaking throughout the service. It didn’t take two hours because this polish is complex…I just don’t think acrylic is their top thing and it took them longer. Nothing to do with my choice of nails. I feel like the color doesn’t truly extend to the bottom, like I feel that it’s going to look like I need a fill in one week. I did not ask for them to fix them today because I had already been there since 3:30/3:40 and didn’t leave til 7! I’m hungry! I didn’t even want to give them a chance to fix it because honestly it doesn’t seem that acrylic is really their specialty which I also wish someone had just disclosed. I would have asked for something different or just gotten what I wanted on my feet and would be leaving a good review. Instead, I’m strongly considering going to get them redone elsewhere tomorrow and requesting a refund. Without it, I don’t think I’d come back as I just expect amazing results for that price for nails."
