"Sunday at 11:35am is the third and last time I will be going to that place. So much so I had to write a review on the horrible service the two men and lady give me and other customers. One was literally picking his nose and making peoples coffee and the man sneezed or cough on some ladies coffee she saw and he had to make it again because the lady saw. Just horrible here"

"Been to most of the starbucks here in town, this was my first time to the joe battle montwood store. As always coffee was grrat servixe was great. The only thing I noticed was that the building looked old. But like they say don't judge a book by its cover. I did find out that a complete remodel is coming. Always a good stop if wanting coffee."

"Usually there is no issue, but this time, I feel robbed of my money. I ordered a grande and a venti for my coworker, but each drink was not even filled. There was significant space between the actual drink and the lid. The grande was filled like a tall, and the venti was filled like a grande. I guess people are right to say to stop ordering over priced coffee from Starbucks."

"With starbucks, you KNOW you’re going to wait for a while, but waiting 33 minutes inside the lobby for 3 drinks is ridiculous. From my time waiting, I understand that drinks from the drive thru were being made incorrectly, so then people from the drive thru would walk in, and demand their drinks remade (which is annoying for the customer and for the team, completely get that.) What I don’t understand is why we’re still focusing on mobile orders and letting them sit there on the counter when you have a lobby full of angry people waiting. There was at least 7-10 mobile orders on the counter but 4-5 parties of people waiting on their drinks in the lobby. To me, focus on the people you have in store then attend to the mobile orders. I had to send the family off so they wouldn’t miss their game and UBER to the park because 1.) we spent $40 on drinks and pastries, so i’m not going to throw that down the drain and waste money/product but 2.) to have to wait in the long line to get a refund was going to be just as long. We ordered at 7:58am and just got our drinks at 8:31am. I know the team gets slammed and overwhelmed but the focus on customers in store vs the ones online needs to change. It’s not good for business."
