"I have been coming to The Eden Spa for quite some time now as it is in one of the prime area's of Frisco. Overall, the facility is definitely well-run unlike your typical nail salons. There isn't any confusion when you check in, they usually have your name and phone number pulled up and they get you accommodated with color and seating you with a technician or someone you request. Most places are loud, can be obnoxious with a lot of talking around you, rushed, etc but this place isn't that way. The facility is pretty well maintained, clean and sterile. It is fairly quiet if you come on a quiet day, otherwise it can be very busy here. The quality is also, pretty well! They offer quite a few options for any of your needs. If I had to critique something, I would say their gel manicures and gel pedicures don't usually last longer than 2 weeks or so. I am used to going a whole 3-4 weeks with a fresh, gel manicure and gel pedicure. I would also, say they could add more attention to detail while doing pedicures and getting the rough patches since you are still paying and tipping for your services. The staff is great from the moment you walk in, to the technicians and during check-out!"

"This is a very nice place with very friendly staff. They offer a variety of different services for men and women. I went in with my girlfriend for a manicure pedicure and they have various options for those as well. A very high ceilings and everything in this place seems clean and new. I will definitely be back as you can tell the owners of this place really care about great service to customers."

"It was my first time here, made an appointment online on their website. I had my manicure and pedicure done at a couple of nail salons in the past, but my nails looked terrible both times. The tech who did my nails was gentle and maintained their round shape. I have fragile natural nails, and she was careful not to file them over. I’m so happy I found the perfect spa. The best foot massage, and my tech paid much attention to ensure they were excellent. Trust me, that made me very, very happy! Prices were fantastic even though they had a sign saying they had increased them. The ambiance was good. The service was outstanding. I definitely will be back."

"Super disappointed to be writing this review. My fiancé and I have used Eden for over a year now and initially I was always so impressed with the quality. I’m not sure what’s happened but it started trending downhill about 6 months ago. These are my nails that I had done 25 hours ago. They’re a day old and this is what they look like. The polish is bubbly and cracking. It is regular nail polish but it’s way too soon for it to look so bad. Aside from the polish, this is what my cuticles look like a day after getting my nails done. I’ve never had my nails look this bad. This was also after both my hands had been redone because the first nail polish I chose was glitter and it was so thick and sticky he recommended only doing one coat which was see through in areas so I had that removed. The guy who did my nails commented on how pretty my natural nails were and asked why I don’t get dip or gel and I told him it’s because they always damaged my nails so I stopped and have only been getting regular polish along with really taking care of my nails at home. The prices were already higher than most which was okay originally when I could count on the quality, however there have been a few price increases and quality has seriously decreased. I’m not sure what’s going on with Eden but I don’t think we’ll be returning which sucks because this was our favorite nail salon."
