"First let me say I’ve gone multiple times different days at different times to see if they really have terrible customer service or if It was just an off day my first time having an issue was when my pedicurist had an attitude because i asked her to fix the shape of my toenails after she “finished” filing same day same person put gel nail polish everywhere on my feet and when i asked her to clean It up she proceed to file my skin and the top of my foot. Second red flag i made an appointment with a specific lady because i had one good experience with her arrive to my appointment and she’s doing someone else’s feet no problem i can wait 5 even 10 minutes 40 minutes had passed and im still sitting with no service when i asked what is the point of having an appointment if im going to be treated like a walk in i was basically told they have no control over how long It takes someone else’s service. It’s unacceptable and im very turned off"
"Most of the time I had a very good experience with basic mani and pedi at this salon. I should give them that to be honest, hence the 3 stars. Last time, I had dip nails done and they started cracking on Day 5. You would expect a good 15-20 days out of them. I’m glad I took pictures on Day 5. I called them back on Day 9, as I was out of state during the Winter break. And they said I could come back in. When I went back they said I should have called in the first 3 days. I guess that is the guarantee they have for dip nails. They also said it might be the products they use. I don’t know what to say to that. I guess they use products that are not that good. So, I asked them to soak off the dip nails, and they were kind enough to do that. So, I could get a good use of the dip nails for 5 days."
"First time going here and a great experience. Super clean and everyone was welcoming and nice. They had a lot of color options. This was first time getting chrome and the girl who did my nails was so nice."
