"I normally love Bella Nails! It’s a great nail salon, and they normally do a great job. I got these nails done a week ago, and after 3 days I had to go back and get 2 fixed and they charged me. Now, it’s been a week and two more are now chipped. 4 nails chipped in a matter of a week. I’m really sad because this is normally my regular salon!"

"I have gone to this location several times and have always had great experiences. Today, though, really topped off all of my experiences. Jenny did my nails today and she was beyond PHENOMENAL. She was friendly, efficient, and very very skilled. she gave me honest feedback and helped me make the right choices for my vision! Over the years of getting my nails done, it has always made me so anxious but seeing how skilled she was made me feel so comfortable. the electric filer always scared me in the past because so many people are heavy handed and try to rush, so they end up hurting me. Jenny was so fluid that even though she was fast, she never once nicked my skin or hurt me in any way. i was honestly so impressed by this alone. she was also training someone, but that didn’t effect her work or efficiency! i asked for chrome (i’ve never gotten it before). she educated me on the fact it has to be a certain temperature to have that “glaze” effect but the machine she was using did not do that, so it made the chrome overbearing. her and the lady that i believe manages this space teamed up to make sure it was fixed and that i didn’t just like the look, but LOVE it. i appreciate that they are so dedicated to going above and beyond to make sure everyone’s experience is top tier. I am moving from the city and am genuinely so sad i will not be able to come to this location anymore. I also would like to add their prices are very reasonable. the usual dip set with shape is like $45-$50. that’s awesome!! The chrome was more than i anticipated, but i didn’t mind with how much i appreciated my visit. i recommend to EVERYONE."

"Got a manicure and pedicure. Really clean environment and very accommodating. Had a glass of wine and had the best massage during my pedicure. They did a nice job cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nails. Picture is from a week later and the dip is holding up great. No breaks and nothing is coming up so really happy with the quality."
