"Caroline did an amazing job! She asked me if I liked how it was looking throughout the entire process and reaffirmed that we can fix anything I don't like. My cuticles are usually super sensitive but she was so careful and gentle.. I did not feel rushed at all. Very friendly! I spent $70 which was a little much for me but I felt like it was worth it for how quality my nails turned out and how great the experience was. Definitely coming back and asking for Caroline again. Thank you!"

Despite having made a prior appointment, I found myself waiting for an excruciating 45 minutes for a technician to attend to me. The absence of any apology compounded the frustration, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Shockingly, there was no attempt to mitigate the inconvenience by assigning another professional to commence the service. The lack of courtesy and efficiency demonstrated during this experience is, in my opinion, a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. This establishment's indifference and failure to uphold basic standards of service have left an indelible mark of disappointment, and I would caution others against subjecting themselves to such disregard. Furthermore, the limited selection of nail colors at this establishment added to the overall dissatisfaction of my experience. A lack of variety in choices left me feeling constrained and diminished the joy one typically associates with a visit to a nail salon. Additionally, the evident lack of cleanliness within the premises was disconcerting. Hygiene is paramount in any beauty service, and the subpar conditions observed further highlighted the disregard for maintaining a sanitary environment. The combination of prolonged waiting, inadequate color options, and a noticeable lack of cleanliness has undoubtedly solidified my decision to seek alternative nail care providers in the future. I was very excited because I heard such lovely things about this place and clearly, I was misinformed."

"Kim is probably the nicest and most attentive nail tech I’ve had in a while. she was super sweet, she pulled me out of my shell and time went by so smoothly. she continually asked me if I liked the shade or the colors and was willing to adjust so seamlessly as she went on. love her and 1,000% coming back because of her."
