"First time coming here & the last!!!. I paid $95 in total for gel toes with the $38 pedicure package and short nails. This place is so overpriced for the lack of service. Don't let the looks inside deceive you in thinking this place is great. In a matter of one day all my gel toes are cracked, and i haven't even worn any closed toe shoes. To pay over 50 bucks for gel to AVOID cracking just for it to crack.... BYE. Also the lady who did my nails filed my nail bed down so much that she created cuts so once she put monomer my nail was so swollen for a week, and painful with pressure. NEVER experienced this ever, ive done my nails since i was a teenager and nothing similar has happened to me. I suggest never getting your nails done in Irving, take the extra time to go to dallas. By far the worst nail salon ever."

"My favorite nail salon ever!! I began coming to this location in September 2021 and I continue till this day. I always go for the dip powered and pedicure every month. It is such a wonderful serene place, the staff is very welcoming & sweet. I always ask them for color nail advice and they always give me the best choices. They have amazing technique and workmanship. I don't ever see myself going to any other nail salon, but L & L nails. These ladies are true nail artists at their best. It does get super busy in the evenings so I would recommend coming in early morning when it is more relaxed. However, they will always accept walk-ins. This is my lil self - care spot forever. I truly do love 'em so much."
