Nail Lounge at Las Colinas

"It's been a while since I got a pedicure here so I can't speak to the state of their CURRENT pedicures, but they used to be AMAZING. Because of that, I went to them to see about getting my dip powder nails done. I had it done with them twice, and neither time was a positive experience. The first visit, the nail tech was focused on speed rather than quality. My nails angled up (I've been getting dip powder for years and have NEVER and such odd angles so it certainly wasn't my nail). He seemed to notice since he inspected them, then just decided to leave it. I hated them. I decided to give them another opportunity with a different tech a month later. Second visit was also horrible, just for a different reason. The tech took 2 hours to do my nails, just dip powder, and kept buffing the powder down so far, she had to re-dip them. My nails were uncomfortable the entire time I had them, and two completely popped off. Not broke, completely popped off. I finally decided to go to a different salon a little earlier than I would normally go, and the nail tech at the new place was very concerned if someone at her shop had done my nails because they were so bad. I had to assure her that her salon was safe, so far, and thay I got them done elsewhere. She was visibly relieved. I don't know how their pedicures are now, but I wouldn't even go back to them for that. The salon looks completepy different and their quality has disappeared."

"One star for the person who did my pedicure since he did a decent job. I visited for the first time because someone recommended it. I didn't know what the types were and the prices. Before I could take a look at their card, the lady at the front desk was in urgency for me to go and sit at the chair. The lady who did my manicure barely knew what she was saying and couldn't understand what I said.. she was only worried about money. Nina was barely paying attention to what she was doing. Didn't cover the nail with polish completely. Using the UV light also was not proper. There are bubbles in the gel paint and then the polish has brush hairs. My nails were not trimmed and shaped evenly. Some are big and some are small. I feel very disappointed. The one who did the pedicure did a decent job but not great. He was also in urgency. Everybody was rushing starting from the front desk to a manicure and pedicure person. I don't know how others are but I would not recommend Nina. She is a little old lady, doesn't know English at all, so difficult to converse and does a very bad job.."

"Avoid going here! This place used to be amazing, I have been going there since the last 7-8 years, but my experience in the last two months has been disastrous!! Last time I had Michelle and she literally left some stains near the skin which did not come out till like 2-3 days..when I asked her that it didn’t look good, she ignored and said they were ok."

"No good service. They tried to rush on my pedicure. I asked for a dip set on my nails. I wear my real nails so no fake nails needed. One lady came along, I told her these were my real nails. She did not want to finish so she told me to sit tight and someone else would start on my nails. No one came along. The receptionist (after sitting for about 45 min) came along and did my nails. At this point I just asked for for clear coat after the powder dip was taken off. I’m done with these nail salons."

"These are the pastel kawaii kirby nails of my dreams! I brought the kirbys with me but Pauline did all the real work. She is seriously amazing! I won't go to anyone else, ever! This salon is really nice and they offer alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The front desk girl is so adorable and so friendly! Everyone is lovely and welcoming. But Pauline is my star!! Also pictured is my nails from 2 weeks ago that Pauline also did!!"
