"A friend and I walked in on a rainy Wednesday, 2 customers were being serviced. The woman working closest to the entrance asked what service we wanted and pointed where the nail color sample books were located. Shortly after, additional employees came out. The staff wasn’t the most welcoming and the small talk felt forced. In the end, I spent over $84 on a gel mani/pedi only for the gel to start lifting off both of my index fingers the next day. I’m in Texas for job training and do not have a lot of time to spare. I do not have time to return to the nail shop to fix something that should have lasted for WEEKS, not a day. I may be moving to the area soon but I will not be returning to this shop."

"This was a far from comfortable experience for me. I really didn’t enjoy how forceful Vivian was with my fingers, I’ve had plenty of people do my nails without holding and moving my fingers around in such an uncomfortable manner. When I told her I didn’t like how my middle finger was so short she pushed my middle finger down in an unnatural and almost painful way (silicate to the photo below where I’m holding the phone for a close example) to alight it with my ring finger and responded with “no they are the same length I lined them up at the bottom and they same length “. First off, the customer is always right. You don’t tell them no. It’s my fingernail. Second, you can clearly tell in the photo what I mean. My middle fingernail is obviously shorter than the rest. Third, why would you do that to my fingers when nails shouldn’t be the exact same length when you put them directly side by side on the same hand because my middle finger nail itself is bigger. Therefore it would be, by technicality, longer. Not the same length. When I came in my natural nails were long and she broke one, then filed rest far too short. I can also tell then when they grow out that the sns dip wasn’t applied very well around my cuticles."
