They did a perfect job on understanding the needs of my hair, and the final product was wonderful! I showed them a picture before we started working on my hair and she made my hair look better than the picture. I left the salon with a big smile on my face! I highly recommend Perfect Salon Irving."

"Please do not waste your time or money. Their service is very unprofessional, the person who did my eyebrows did them completely uneven and messed up one of my eyebrows. I understand things happen and went back inside to see if potentially she would try to fix it. The owner of this business rudely told me I had to wait because the person was waxing someone else. I am sure it would have only taken a few minutes for her to see if she could fix it and then she could had offered me some options. For example, “I am so sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused, I am currently waxing another customer, however If you’d like you can wait 20 minutes or come back at 2PM.” Completely unacceptable to be treated that way when you pay for a service. If you made a mistake you need to own up to it and also fix it immediately or offer the customer a SOLUTION. Trying to find another option I discovered their is another eyebrow business next door inside the Indian Bazaar that was highly recommended to me. I will not come back to give these people my hard earned money, I don’t care how much it is that you pay. Wether it’s 2,3,4, or 5 dollars. They also kept turning customer away that were coming in. Not in a nice way, in a very rude way. Exact words were our wait time is an hour come back later! DO NOT make people waste their time if you can’t run a business, and as a business owner learn about treating people right before ever deciding to start your own business. Update: As you can tell by the response that demonstrates the lack of customer service. I did not leave for a day and came back requesting for this to be fixed, I walked out for 1 minute as soon as I looked in the mirror in my car it was very noticeable. I have not only paid $ 5.00 in your salon. I have done wax, facials, and other services before, when it was a different owner and people were a little nicer. So yes, I will gladly take my $5.00 somewhere else and I will not recommend your business to anyone. It wouldn’t matter if I paid a dollar, you offer a service and set your price and I pay it. Your business is not the only business that offers eyebrow threading. I did not expect someone to run for me, I expected to be treated nicely and respectfully. I waited over 30 minutes as I have pictures to prove that and you were very rude about it. I paid $7.00 by the way not $5.00 after tip it was a total of 17.00. I’m glad people will drive out and hour to come to your salon, however you telling me that does not resolve a dissatisfied customer. I honestly do not understand why anyone would drive that far to be treated poorly. You being polite and offering me a solution at that moment would have been okay for me. I did state I was in a rush because I had a wedding to attend and you did nothing. So to all my friends and family members that I’ve recommended to your salon I will be sure to let them know of my experience. ( You could have taken those two minutes you used to be on the phone to help your customer). Have a nice day! :)"
