"Cindy and the lady that always wears pink were great. The older female with long black hair and a puffy face is what makes me not want to return. She complained the entire time she waxed my face twice. I didn’t pay to hear your opinion on how hairy I am, I pay you to render a service quietly. She also didn’t do a great job. Beyond rude, classless paired with poor service means I will never return to this dirty little hole. Do not recommend. I recommend professional, AMERICAN, places like Waxing in the City or European Wax Center. Places where class, standards and cleanliness exists. One star because 0 is not available."

"Today was my first time here and I came because the reviews seem amazing and I just needed something temporary until my nail tech came back into town. I let the staff know I wanted a soak off, with overlay and the type of gel polished I wanted, and they provided me with the price. In under 5 mins 3 different people had already touched my hands to start the process however what I asked for I didn’t receive and as a result I lost my recent nail growth that I had been working hard towards for a while. The nail tech was very apologetic and stated that she just “thought” what “SHE” was doing was “right”… well she was wrong it wasn’t right and now I’m unsatisfied, unhappy, and my nails…. Let’s just say this is what I get for semi cheating on my nail tech. They say when you have a nail tech stick with them… trust me going forward I will!"
