"Absolutely horrible. I went in to get a basic French manicure and a guy started doing my nails and they were horrible and the French lines were thin on some and thick on some nails . I politely asked if we can do something else, and an angry lady came over started redoing my nails and asked me to pick a color. I picked a chocolate brown color and she brought back a GREY! color and started doing my nails. at that point I had spent 2 1/2 hours in that salon for a basic manicure. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE."
"I visited Grandlux this past week for a manicure and pedicure. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but I had a gift card from a friend so decided to give it a chance. I'm so glad I did. I went on a Wednesday around noon. My wait time was under 5 minutes. The lady at the desk helped explain the different services. I went with their top manicure and pedicure package (can't remember the name and it was amazing). The manicure was $40 and pedicure was $60. Khai did my pedicure and Laurie did my manicure. The package I chose included parafin wax, hot rocks massage and even a neck massage. It was so relaxing and the nail tech did a great job. The gel color I chose wasn't showing up as much as the sample and Lauri suggested using a different color as a base so my chosen color would show up better. She took her time to start over with the gel colors without me having to ask. I don't get my nails done often but I will definitely come back next time."
"The website according the the manager is not theirs. So the prices on the site don’t match what they actually charge . They said my 8 years was too old to get a kids pedicure so they charge $32 for her basic pedicure . The manager was nice , but we won’t be back based on the price difference and the service was so so. Very disappointing"
